Submission of an inquiry does not constitute approval, a commitment to lend, a rate lock or an offer of credit.
Required licensing, broker/lender, DRE/DFPI/NMLS and equal-housing disclosures have intentionally not been invented. EPF should supply the applicable license/entity information and approved legal text before production launch.
Any published rates, fees, leverage limits, terms, closing times or program qualifications must be reviewed and approved before appearing on the site.
